Shipping

We want your order to reach you smoothly. Here's how shipping works at Lipid Blendworks.

Processing time

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, sale events, or around public holidays, processing may take a little longer. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Once dispatched, domestic orders generally arrive within several business days. Please note that estimated delivery windows are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed, as transit times are ultimately handled by the carrier.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Complimentary standard shipping is available on eligible orders over $80 AUD.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, a tracking link will be included in your dispatch email so you can follow your order's progress.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We're not able to take responsibility for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, but if something looks wrong, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.
