We stand behind what we make. If something isn't right with your order, we'll work with you to put it right.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@lipidblendworks.com. Include your order number and a photo of the item where possible. We'll arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item once we've had a chance to review it.

Change of mind

Because our products are skincare and personal-care items, we're generally unable to accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons. If an item is still sealed and unused, get in touch within 14 days of delivery and we'll let you know whether a return is possible. Return shipping for change-of-mind requests is the customer's responsibility.

Non-returnable items

Opened or used products, and any items marked as final sale, are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This doesn't affect your rights where a product is faulty or not as described.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or provider.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including remedies for products that are faulty or not as described.
